The blacklight face paints are high quality face and body paint not cheap face paint like most of the face paint bought in America and made in China. Lots of face paints they allow people to use in the usa are made with unsafe chemicals and ingredients that should not be used on skin. Hilary Leigh the makeup artist only uses Safe not toxic paint that is approved by the European Union. The professional makeup artists favorite paint for face and body painting is Kryolan German Body Paints Made In Germany & Approved By The EU and of course that means they pass FDA approval or regulations easy. Lots of unsafe face paints and products are FDA approved. American standards are of course way lower than European Standards.
